This series was absolutely fantastic and finally brought back the quality of drama that the BBC had recently been lacking. There is more to the story that must be told. I've been watching in anticipation to see when the next season would be released but instead met with very disappointing news. The Crimson Field must be continued. I don't understand how a show of this quality is being bypassed for programmes like SunTrap and the likes.
