A brilliant series which lends itself so well to a second series. Enjoyed the filming which took place in the village I grew up, the fantastic and informative show about a local development and the heartwarming story of a families struggle to follow and support their fathers dream. Bring back our zoo!

Why do teh BBC need to "make room" for new programmes when the same old programmes are either repeated on a seeming loop or recommissioned even when they plots & characters struggle to main interest

Such a shame - this was a superb series and would have been greast for family viewing - given a little editing.
