loved seeing this each week. I've been looking forward to the 2nd series and now hear there isn't to be one. That's sad.

Our Zoo was an amazing drama, brilliant writing, well acted and a great story. This series has so much potential as the first series has only tocuhed on a small proportion of the story of the Mottershead family and Chester Zoo. Also with the success of the first series and the success of Mr Selfridge and Dowtown Abbey, it is crazy that the BBC has not recommissioned this. This is exactly the type of drama that the BBC needs to be investing in.

I've read so much history about the zoo, and the first season of Our Zoo only showed a small proportion of all it's history. Theres still so much to see develop, such as the first elephants, the war years, the polar bears... please reconsider bringing the show back!

Please don't cancel this series. its a wonderful programme which gives me such wonderful memories and is a good cause as tourism to the zoo has increased, giving the animals a better home. Plus we haven't even got to the zoo opening yet and the series are only short so don't give up on it.

I can't believe they are not doing a second series!!! This has been my favourite BBC program for so so long! I just love everything about it! Oh I hope they bring it back, I was so looking forward to it coming back on!! There's so much more to find out!
