This was one of the fewquality things on BBC1 now and was must viewing in our house. This desicion is madness!

I loved the series and my family are a member of the zoo. it was great to have an idea of how it all started. It would be even better to see how it continued through the good times and bad.

true british dramas like this should be shown more my 2 1/2 yet old was glued to this programme and loved the animals and the family !! It's nice to see what one family can achieve when they stay together and it's such an uplifting and happy story even in the hard times which I think would be good to see for scho kids study the war ect if they chose to cover that side of the zoo

This series has even had a major impact on me in Australia! Please keep going with the wonderful story. Why does the BBC think that this needs to be put aside for more content??

I find it very strange that brilliant shows such as Our Zoo are not continued.
i loved this show, so much more to learn about its development, please keep it going

In an age of second screens and on demand viewing, this was one of those rare programmes: everybody I know would make sure they were in front of their television for "our Zoo". Surely this kind of programming, and it's resultant viewing figures is precisely what the BBC is/ should be aiming for? I cannot, for the life of me, understand the rationale behind this decision.
