Terribly sad news that such a well received family drama should be axed after just one series by the BBC. Perhaps another channel may choose to do the right thing, sign up the wonderful cast and show the beeb the error of their ways.

Finally a series worth watching and what do you do 'axe it' clearly not violent, full of nudity or fou language enough to run a second series of this amazing story which has been left unfinished, despite 5 million viewers per episode. Come on BBC listen to your viewers, we do after all pay your wages!!!!

This show was a breath of fresh air, and certainly needs a second series to expand upon the excellent first six episodes.

Our Zoo was a fabulous series- broadcast at the wrong time. A second series needs to be made and the irst series broadcast on a Sunday evening earlier than 9pm! Come on BBC, I pay a licence fee so you can give us quality programmes like Our Zoo!
