Just bought the DVD as this series was SO good. Can't believe there will be no second series. What exactly are you making room for BBC by not commissioing a 2nd series? Let your license payers decide!

why do TV stations back all the wrong programs and axe all the popular ones. this is not the first time a well loved show gets dropped. there are still some of us out here who like quality drama with real heart, rather than swashbuckling ugly television.

It was a brilliant series, I never understand why the BBC do not follow through with second series, and make the choice to continue after the second series. There is so much trash on tv now that seems to be here for life, but quality dramas have the shortest live ever!

Please please make another series, my family sat all together each week to watch our zoo, we all loved it. My children are 22 & 25 & it is not often we all watch a program together all be in the same room, but this show is so amazing so brilliant that we wouldn't miss it. Please make a return.

This delightful series has been a joy to watch. I am living in Australia, so as its only just been shown here , am a little behind the times. I've been looking on line for series 2... And well...where is it? ,! Surely such a good series hasn't been 'let go''.
