Education is the "heart" of a community. My great grandparents, grandparents and parents were instrumental in starting and growing Lyndon. To all of them education was KEY. The future of our country is in our children and their minds.

My time at the Lyndon school was wonderful. I would hate for this opportunity to not be available for future Lyndon children. Once I went to Mauston I just became one of many children. In Lyndon I was able to get personal attention that I just didn't get at the larger school.

I am a former student of Lyndon and can say that the kids that I grew up with in Lyndon received better building blocks than those at other schools. Looking back at the people that I went to school with at Lyndon, we have a lot of very successful people that started their education at Lyndon Station Elementary. This can't be coincidence!

We don't have any children that young but we do have 8 and many grand and great grand! The importance of education is a must and having a school near by is a must also! Please reconsider thoughts of moving our Youngsters away for school!

I have substitute taught in Lyndon school many times and the kids are wonderful and respectful. The results that come from that school are nothing to take away.
