Azi has been in foster care since June 28, 2016 due to her bio mother's drug use and neglect.

Her Daddy in NC didn't find out until about a month later. He then started making calls to find how to get her home with him.

He had to pay $600 to prove paternity. He has done every single thing asked of him. Several trips for meetings, court appearances, & visits.

Massachusetts telling him all along "Just keep doing what you're doing"

Now after NC Department of Social Services has done a home visit/inspection, they found nothing wrong with home (there is a bed for each person-Azi has her own room that has been painted and filled with clothes, shoes, toys, & everything else a little girl needs) But, they denied placement.

Ex:Daddy's wife-Misty (Azi's stepmom) has very old & bogus reports made against her. NC is looking at is as she is a "bad person" for supervision.

Azi needs and deserves to be with her daddy and a family who loves her and will care for her.

A new court date is in September to review everything again and hopefully get Azi placed with her daddy.

This will be shared with Ma state attorney, judge presiding over case, NC DSS, & MA DCF.
