New Tampa and Wesley Chapel are home to 80,000+ residents across neighborhoods like Tampa Palms, Hunters Green, Pebble Creek, and Arbor Greene — yet Tampa has only ONE Trader Joe’s, and it’s over 20 miles away for many of us.

That means longer drives, crowded stores, and fewer affordable, healthy grocery options close to home.

There are already two strong potential sites in Tampa Palms:

• City Plaza at Tampa Palms (16001 Tampa Palms Blvd W) – 12,362 SF with heavy daily traffic

• Market Square at Tampa Palms (6222 Commerce Palms Dr) – 21,597 SF retail space with ample parking

• Affordable groceries with high-quality, private-label item's

• Shorter grocery trips — no more driving 20+ miles

• Budget-friendly staples for families

• Healthy, organic, and specialty options

• Family-friendly shopping and convenience

• Unique seasonal items you can’t get anywhere else

• Less traffic and wasted gas from long trips

• Adds value and convenience to the local community

Our area has the population, income, traffic, and available space to support a Trader Joe’s — now we need to show clear community demand.
