I would rather drive the 3 to 4 hours to go to a convention vs 8 or 9 hours.

I've been wanting to go to a con for years. I COULD make it to Chicago con but I could only go for a single night given the expenses of getting and staying out there, PLUS the badge costs. If there were a con in KC I would probably go every year. I WANT THIS SO BADLY YOU HAVE NO IDEA

I live in Illinois, but KC is actually closer to me than Chicago. And my bestie lives in KC and she is a huge SPN fan and we could go together.

I live right outside the 4 hour radius, but I'm driving to DallasCon this year, so driving to KC wouldn't be a problem. If there were one in KC, I'd be going to that one, too!
