Are you feeling sleep deprived and unable to find a good spot on campus to nap? Do you live off-campus and have trouble getting a nap when you need it most? Sleep problems are the #2 reason why VCU students say they don't do well academically. In addition to academic success, lack of sleep can be hard on your memory and cognition, eating habits, and can cause you to feel sluggish or even depressed.
