Please consider the already built Stony Point Shopping Centre on Huguenot Road! We have had plenty of new grocery stores come and try to catch our attention by buildings fancy new buildings, but using our existing shopping centers is so much more valuable and would earn you double points, Trader Joes for ecological friendliness AND community attentiveness!!!!!

The Martin's store at Stony Point closed end of July. This would be a very good location for a Trader Joe's. The infrastructure for customers is there. Many condos and apartments as well as a large number of homes are in this area.

There is a perfect (available) spot right here in Bon Air.....Stony Point Shopping Mall.

We are starved, in this portion of the greater Richmond area, for the choices that only Trader Joes can bring. Please consider carefully the south side of Richmond and the location available in the Stoney Point shopping center!

Please bring Yrader Joe's to the Stony Point Shopping Center at Huguenot Rd. Our neighborhood Martin's closed permanently, and a TJ's would be perfect in that spot!

Trader Joe's, please lease the space vacated by Martin's in the Stony Point Shopping Center on Huguenot Road in Bon Air, Virginia. You would be an asset to the area and would be welcomed by the residents of the area living south of the James River.
