The current location is in a jam packed area that is unappealing to folks that live on the other side of the city. Stoneypoint already has a storefront waiting!

With Martin's moving out of the Sycamore Village location, the empty building would be perfect for TJ's. Plenty of parking and easy access. South of the rivah - YES!

I encourage Trader Joe's to take over the empty anchor store at Stony Point Shopping Center. There is also empty rental space adjacent to that anchor that TJ's could expand into.

Midlothian would do Trader Joe's proud. Or the recently vacated Martins in Bon Air on Huguenot Rd. Well cited to grab thiusands if customers, with tons of oarking. Unlike the lack if parking at the Short Pump store. Act quick!
