ABSOLUTELY RIDICULUS!
WHAT THE CITY, THE TOWN, AND SO-CALLED DEVELOPER IS PROPOSING IS OUTRAGEOUS. THE TOWN AND RESIDENTS OF THIS NEIGHBORHOOD MADE AN "AGREEMENT" THAT THIS NEIGHBORHOOD WOULD BE EXEMPT FROM DEVELOPEMENT (OF ANY SORT) TILL 2036. THIS EXEMPTION IS FOR ANY AND ALL "FUTURE" OR "PROPOSED" DEVELOPEMENT OR "CONNECTION" WHICH WOULD INCLUDE THE ROADWAYS WITHIN IT. WE ALL MOVED OUT HERE TO GET AWAY FROM THE "BIG CITY" AND IT'S ONGOING "CULTURAL" PROBLEMS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER AREAS THAT A "HIGH DENSITY", "LOW INCOME" NEIGHBORHOOD OF THIS TYPE WOULD SUPPORT. THIS PLAN WAS POORLY THOUGHT OUT AND DRAFTED...THERE "CLEARLY" WAS LITTLE OR NO THOUGHT ABOUT GREENSPACE OR GROUNDWATER ISSUES. ANY POTENTIAL UN-WANTED CRIME, EXCESSIVE TRAFFIC, AND PARKING ISSUES WERE ALSO NOT ADDRESSED! THIS "PROPOSED" AREA IS NOT SUPPORTED BY "ADEQUATE" POLICE AND FIRE, AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. THIS "ENTIRE" AREA NEEDS TO BE PRESERVED, I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH THIS PROPOSAL....IT'S JUST WRONG, IT'S ALSO ILLEGAL!

As someone who continually looks to purchase a home in this neighborhood, this change doesn’t seem to support the better needs of the (many longstanding) existing community. I also worry about the future values of property, especially for those who might share property lines with the new neighborhood.

The traffic is already crazy at peak times. Connecting these roads makes no sense for anyone living in Bridle Downs.

I SUPPORT THE WORK OF THE LAKE VIEW HILL ASSOICIATION. That said i also support other neighborhood associations active in Preserving the neighborhood that they live in.
