Electricity fees are ridiculously expensive, this is day light robbery at its finest. GAC Solutions need to be cut out as the middle man because we're being extorted and exploited!
The building needs Wi-Fi that is equally accessible across all sections of the building!
The building needs to be exterminated on a regular basis!

We should be able to purchase electricity on our own from shops or cellphone banking. Please arrange for better WiFi.
The security guys have our numbers so they should be able to call us when we have a visitor, then when we agree to the person coming in they should let the person in without requiring us to go down every time, Please!

Electricity is ridiculously expensive..The rates are unacceptable please remove the third party it isnt necessary.
2ndly My Landlord is Trafalgar and i have been living at Bridgeview for 1 year 7months and still some repairs havent been made in my apartment since I moved in. In the spirit of keeping up the building standards may the body corporate put in a system in place to make sure that all landlords maintain their apartments speedily.

There are a number of issues that need to be resolved. 1 Electricity is ridiculously expensive. 2 Accelerit WiFi is useless. It doesn't connect in most of our units. 3. Installation of cameras around the building 4. The maintainace of the building on it's on is poor. 5. Security services are poor, we need more security.
