There are viable solutions to keeping a clinic in Bridgeport. The BOS should not give up before hearing all the options and listening to solutions from the public. Mono County has faced difficult health care issues in the past and has been able to find a way to serve the public.

I grew up in Bridgeport when we actually had a hospital. Having the clinic is the next best thing. Bridgeport needs medical care available. I hope the keep the clinic going and find extraordinary employees to man it.

Our community needs urgent care services. An hour to an hour and half drive is an unreasonable hardship.

Please keep our little clinic going!!! It would be a detriment to our small town! With all of the vacationers and passerby people, there would be nowhere for them to go, especially in an emergency matter! The elderly that can't travel very far will no longer have a safe place to go (that would be the ultimate heart break! These people get comfortable and feel safe with their little clinic, they are the most helpless along with all the children) our beautiful small town could not handle the deprivation that having no clinic would cause!!! Thank you in advance for reading all of these petitions!!!

This clinic benefits elders and disabled who cannot make the trip to Mammoth Lakes or Gardnerville. It's sad that even though we live in a very rural, very difficult environment, the hospital is motived by money rather than patient needs.

so many older residents tahat would need help. The help they would get is over 50 miles away which could determine life or death

This clinic is necessary, not only to the residents of Bridgeport, but to the winter/summer visitors as well. The nearest hospital is in Mammoth which is more than an hour's drive.

My grandson got sick five years ago and we had to drive all the way to Gardnerville hospital. He was dehydrated and no one in Bridgeport could help. He was 12 months old.

My family and I have just moved to the perfect community of Bridgeport, California, we were very honored to purchase a house on Main Street and are enjoying every minute of it. Having just moved to the area, we were unaware of the impending closing of the Community Clinic. I am hoping that you will reconsider opening the much needed clinic.
I see the clinic as a vital part of our community both for residents and the great tourism that our town brings each year. What we know moving to this great area, is the fact that every local business , community function is so vital for a healthy community to continue to grow and thrive , it needs support from everyone, residents and local government alike. Please put yourselves in our eyes and lives, and make a decision to reopen a very much needed Community Clinic.

Bridgeport absolutely needs a clinic for its residents and the surrounding communities. Additionally, numerous people visit Bridgeport throughout the year and may need clinic services. A large number of people pass through Bridgeport headed to Lake Tahoe/Reno or to Southern California and may also need medical attention while traveling.
This medical clinic is critical to the Bridgeport community. Please keep it open!!
