My child is also a victim of child abuse and his attacker is in prison, thankfully. Their fear can't even compare to the fear a child fears when being abused. They should not be allowed to run. This child wasn't.

They should not be allowed to leave the state/county it should never of even been a question!! What they need is to be treated like the criminals they are. They need to face the music for what they have done to this innocent child!!!! We need to bring back the old judicial system! You keep letting people like this get away and soon you will have no control over these disrespectful sick individuals! This baby needs justice!!! Stop giving slaps on the wrist for those who deserve their punishment.. if this is let go it’s a damn shame because what if that was your child they were abusing?!? If they are unsafe, and not in custody, then they should be on house arrest with ankle bracelets. They are in fear of their safety, but never considered the safety of an innocent child in their care. I'm afraid if they're allowed to leave the jurisdiction they will not return for court appearances.
