Disgrace, although we have moved to Spain, sold our home and live here full time, we have paid in for our pension for 43 years, I am disgusted that the ones who have been paying in, are being penalised, whilst others claim everything and have paid in nothing or very little!

Private healthcare is not an option in view of the fact it would not cover pre existing conditions. Even if it did the cost of it would be prohibitive even if they would cover someone well over the age of 70

It is shameful that our own government is forcing this upon us, without telling us what benefits it will bring.
We paid for years for our pension and health care into old age. What right have you to change the rules, without telling us why?

we worked all our lives serving the UK government and protecting society from criminals. We have paid income tax and national insurance for 70years between us as a couple. We both worked hard from leaving school and scrimped and saved to buy our home. We were given the Rights enshrined in law to move to the EU with no pecuniary or bureaucratic disadvantage. We sold our UK home and moved to Spain only on that basis. Now the biggest criminals are the government we served who are robbing us of our Rights and our money.

I am a retired employee of Britain plc. I Paid taxes and NIY for 50 years, I now receive a pension in Pounds that is steadily less in value in Euros because of Brexit. The UK Government has a duty of care to ALL Britsh Citizens. Start Caring !!

We are UK citizens with rights to live and work within the EU. We made life changing decisions on those rights. If there is a class action lawsuit, I for one will be supporting it. Ringfence our rights now - you know it makes sense.

Prior to 2016.... You gave us our rights to move, there was nothing in the contract to say you would take them away, all due to giving in to a small majority within the U.K. who want to leave the EU. We have a right to have our rights preserved and ringfenced for our future security.
