BREXIT - RING-FENCE OUR RIGHTS

I support this petition wholeheartedly not just for myself and my family but for future generations aswell.

We need to have our rights rfingfenced

My wife and I made the decision to move to Spain 6 years ago. We have never regretted our choice, but I do regret the choice of the British electorate in 2016, based on lies, misinformation and propaganda. Given that none of what was promised then has proved to be deliverable, I want to see Article 50 notice Revoked at the earliest opportunity. I am ashamed of the bigoted, nationalistic, racist xenophobia that has found a voice in my country of birth.

Protect our original rights.We worked 50 yrs and paid NI contributions to have those rights at retirement age.

All those resident BEFORE the UK leaves the EU should be entitled to UK paid S1 free healthcare on reaching UK retirement age. This should be ring fenced as well as continued S1 rights for those who have already reached retirement age.

Please secure our rights

NHS UK You will buckle under the strain if all the expats return, don't say we didn't warn you.

I am a resident of Spain. I moved in 2008 with the clear knowledge that when mu husband was receiving state pension we would be eligible for health care paid by the UK to Spain. If this is not recipricol paying for health care will be a complete struggle and we have to consider returning to the UK and being a strain on the UK health care system, heating allowance. A No win situation for the UK.
