Stop using people as things ... we are human beings who used our legal freedom to live in the EU, where many of us remain deprived of a vote. We are disenfranchised, and now used as bargaining chips by our own Government. Shameful treatment.

Those of us who have lived in Europe long before the advisory referendum was even dreamed up, should not lose the acquired rights we have . Please ensure this happens so that they do not turn into privileges ....It’s only fair.

We need to be counted and not ignored. We chose to live in Europe as it was our right. We made it our home but never forgetting where we came from. Please remember we paid UK taxes all our lives, don’t dismiss us.

I am so worried about the situation. I cry a lot because I receive an expensive drug for Pulmanory Fibrosis. My husband has Parkinson's and his drugs are essential. We are 77 and pensioners just surviving exchange rates. But our house won't sell easily and won't get back what we paid for it. And where can we go in UK now.

We retired early to Spain prior to the referendum factoring in our freedom of movement and our S1 rights once we attain state retirement age - the goal posts should not be allowed to alter.

It's unacceptable that the Spanish government show more concern for us than our own.
