I think this is a great idea and that it would probably get national press for the city if it was approved.

Brewery is a more fitting name for the stop than Plaza. Plaza Drive does not appear to be a well known street in Winnipeg, meaning that it is not much of a landmark. In addition, the name itself, 'Plaza' Drive, seems counterintuitive given the local landscape near the site. 'Brewery' better represents what is found near the transit stop. Moreover, as Winnipeg continues to build on its reputation as a growing tourist destination, the Rapid Transit corridor may be increasingly used by visitors to the city. Having a 'Brewery' station may entice visitors and locals alike to try Winnipeg craft beer, which could have positive effects on patronage to local businesses both near Brewery station and beyond.

This is so appropriate! this area became so much better with this brewery, and naming it as such would spread the word that there are local gems to be found south of the central train tracks!

BREWERY STATION!! Naming this station as such would provide much joy each time I rode past it! Celebrating local Winnipeg breweries and local jobs!

Design spaces with common sense. No one will have to wonder, oh, is this the right stop? if it's plainly named to represent the area

Much like stops already around the city which are named for features rather than roads, the RT station should be named after the local business right next to it, instead of an insignificant street.
