it is a total disgrace that Cancer patients have to endure this total and utter nonsense concerning entitlements that should be free to all and especially to those that need it the most. I am a breast cancer survivor myself .My surgery was performed in 2004 and I have never availed of any free entitlements ie bra's or the like as I did not think that I was entitled to them, but my lymphedema lady informed me not too long ago that I did qualify and now just when I try to engage with the service I find that it no longer applies. As far as I am aware no proper notice was given regarding these important changes and I now call on Minister Harris to reverse all his oncology decisions regarding cancer treatments whether it be a wig or a new bra. Anyway how long does he think 2 bra's last, not a year anyway. rant over.

Absolutely disgraceful to treat women this way... It's at difficult times like this that they need all the help and support they can get ..Not cut back on it ..

I am utterly appalled at the allowance cuts for post mastectomy prosthesis. It's 100% totally not acceptable and every female in Ireland needs to sign this petition.

I am a heartbroken daughter of a mother who passed away from the rotten disease cancer in no circumstances should these cuts be accepted not only are these ladies are going through the worse times of their lives but to be hit with this brings our government and health system to a new low protest all the way

Just can't happen... this support is huge for women who have the trauma of surgery and treatment . It allows ladies to be able to afford body image normality as is reasonably possible
