The Bray Family stands united in our cause to stop the Landmark designation of a beautiful old home located at 4025 North Buffalo St. in Orchard Park, NY. The home and property have been in the family for over 50 years. Many family members have lived, prospered and died there. Many family members have and still do reside and work in and FOR the town and Village of Orchard Park. The family has NO intention of demolishing the home now or in the future and would simply like to keep the home in the family. We disagree with the notion that the government can step in and tell a person for what purposes personal property may be used and how it must be restored or maintained. We truly appreciate your support and hope to gather a plethera of names on this petition which will be submitted to the Town Board of Orchard Park in opposition of this historical landmark designation.
