Fight the ban and support the right for bars and restaurants to set their own policies on smoking. There are many choices in Branson when it comes to food and drink. There are already many restaurants and bars that do not allow or limit smoking by their own choice. Banning smoking in all restaurants and bars puts all of the pressure on the businesses to enforce the law, pay for extra ash trays outside and costs their employees time to sweep parking lots that could better be suited serving their customers. Leave the choice up to the businesses and allow the consumers to make their own decisions on whether they would like to go to a smoke free or smoking allowed establishment.
