I vote that area should be used for additional amenities for our two creeks community. Oakleaf's amenities are so nice. I fear anything else will lower the value of our home investment.

No new homes. I would like to see the "parks" and amenity center upgraded. The current size is too small for the amount of homes/families in the neighborhood.

No more homes without completing/upgrading existing parks, amenity center and including any new homes in the current CSS/hoa

Drees bought the lots sold to the bank and became the developer for Two Creeks. Since that time Drees has done nothing benificial to the Two Creeks community. In fact after learning that the prior developer failed to do many additions such as pocket parks and completions of structures in the community Drees chose to do the absolute minimum and not to uphold the promises made to the residents by the former developer. Please do not approve this amendment, it would only line the pockets of Drees with more money and overwhelm and already crowded and too small amenity area for our community. That area should be used to upgrade the amenities for Two Creeks such as a track or Trail for exercise and soccer, football and baseball fields for future use of the community.

The area should be used for additional amenities for the community to be in line with the CDD and Mainrenance fees we currently pay. Oakleaf's amenities are 10 times what we have and we pay 35% more than Oakleaf!

Please no. I just can't see this community growing another 66 homes. Our amenities and such are already stretch too thin. This is not beneficial.

Please do not allow these amendments. The comprehensive plan was established to control growth and to insure balanced communities with enough services to support residential growth.
Thank you for your consideration.
