No to Drees.
I do not support the rezoning of the land in question.
Keep the land open for future school.

The change proposed by Drees will adversely affect the Two Creeks community. First, the School Board needs more flexibility, not less in the building of schools. The proposal would remove the last remaining plat for future schools. Second, the current Two Creeks owners will be taxed at a higher rate than owners of the new lots as a result of this rezoning (CDD Debt Assessment). The request should be denied.

The land is and should remain designated for a future school. Please don't let Drees, seeking to only increase profits, allow overpopulation of our community. Our amenities are already undersized and increasing homes by roughly 10% will make things unbearable. Thank you.

No Thank You! We appreciate our close knit neighborhood for a reason and moved here to avoid the commercialization and crime that plagues our closest large neighborhood, Oakleaf Plantation. WE WANT MORE SCHOOLS for our children.

No, we do not need to rezone what we already have. We all moved to Two-Creeks for a reason. We need more schools and we do not want to deal with the issues that Oakleaf Plantation is facing.

The rezoning would allow homes that do not have to pay any CDD fees and use of everything that two Creek residents pay for.

Present homeowners should not have to subsidize (66) new homes by Drees letting them use current facilities that are less than in original plan and pay nothing to CDD. Drees should agree to build a new larger more modern amenities center that will handle any increase approved, prior to any increase being approved. As stated now I am against the building increase.

We are opposed to re-zoning for additional homes. Especially additional homes that do not pay into our CDD Bonds and have use of our undersized and maintenance neglected amenity center.
