Death is an illness, and all of our greatest medical advancements have been in pursuit of that goal, which is not an if but a when.

We have advanced to the point where we know now that life is all we have, nothing before or after, so we need to do everything we can to make it truly last forever, no matter its form. This is one of those forms. This science, and it is science, is criminally overlooked.

The technologies associated with this petition could enable mind uploading, which could solve climate change, disease, poverty, suffering, death and more. This research needs more serious attention by the scientific community.
