We are Bradshaw Ridge homeowners and residents and are against the C-2 proposed storage facility and Cedarstone Commercial's proposed site plan.
We oppose commercial property adjacent to our community which generates excess traffic not normally associated with a residential area.
This storage facility and Cornerstone Commercial could potentially adversely affect our property values because of the close proximity to our homes.

The momentum behind this petition highlights how deeply our neighbors care about the character of Bradshaw Ridge. This unified response confirms that our concerns regarding the proposed development are shared by many who value the integrity of our residential area.

I believe the proposed storage facility would allow easy access to adjacent homes in the Bradshaw Ridge subdivision, and it would be in the best interest of the residents for the developers of the mentioned storage facility to locate the site elsewhere. Thank You, Chris Davis
I am opposed to the development of a storage facility behind Bradshaw Ridge homes. It will negatively impact property values for the homes involved and therefore impact property values for everyone.
We are already an under-served segment of the county (poor road repair, reduced deputy patrols, etc.). Please do not further detract from the community aesthetic of our neighborhoods by allowing another business that is contrary to the aesthetic and makes our communities less appealing, less private, and more of a draw for criminal activity.
We already have five storage facility's near here. I don't think we need one more storage facility this close to so many residential homes. Even though it is commercial designated land, a storage facility will be a better "fit" near other commercial property.
This proposed facility is so close to my back porch that people at the facility can tell whether I am drinking Coke or Pepsi. My back yard will not be private in any way. Since the general public will be able to plainly see inside my house, I am concerned for the safety of my family and that my house will be broken into since it will now be obvious when we are and are not at home. We will be an easy target.
I for one don't think this will be a good ideal. I oppose this and would gladly like to see these commercial businesses go elsewhere.

I believe a storage facility in such close proximity to multiple neighborhoods is not in our best interest. There are multiple facilities nearby. We work hard to keep our neighborhoods safe and maintain our property value. Said storage facility will only detract from our neighborhoods and property values as well as attract crime.
