Pursuant to Article XI, Number 5 of the Bylaws of the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus, we, the undersigned, request that a special meeting of the corporation be called by the President of the Board of Directors. Pursuant to Article VI, Number 10 of the Bylaws of the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus, the purpose of this special meeting shall be to discuss and vote on removing Directors of the corporation from the board of Directors.
