BP Garage Traffic Lights

This intersection creates such a bottle neck, which results in drivers becoming impatient and doing stupid things. There are never any traffic police in Hout Bay. The IY circle is also terrible!

Please replace the robot with a traffic circle

Total chaos with those lights

Congestion much worse than ever before. Traffic backs up to beyond the circle. Total disregard by certain road users, of road markings, traffic lights and speed restrictions. The situation is an accident waiting to happen- right outside a school!

Can’t allow for that fatal accident to happen :-(

Getting worse daily! Absolute lawlessness!

We have a serious problem with lawlessness driving at the Intersection of Payne and Main Rd Hout Bay

Should be a traffic circle with a huge boulder in the middle

Extremely dangerous, taxi drivers burn the red light potentially hurting children leaving the school premises or hitting other cars. A circle would be better

Totally mismanaged traffic light and too many vehicles ignore it

Totally unacceptable to be at the mercy of taxis an cochroaches blatantly flaunting all road regulations

It's beyond ridiculous. A child will be killed if nothing is done.

These traffic lights cause extreme frustration and complete lawless behaviour by taxi drivers. A traffic circle would be a far better option as well as visible traffic officers!

If the police / DA don’t act they’re going to soon have blood on their hands.

I live in Penzance and see taxi’s overtake traffic and drive though the red traffic lights on a daily basis. This has to stop before someone gets seriously hurt or even dies! There is a school so kids are crossing the road and parents are collecting their children and their lives (and that of all other people using this road) are in danger every day due to dangerous reckless driving. Please give this your urgent attention before it is too late!

Something needs to be done here and suikerbossie traffic in afternoon

Stop this madness before a tragedy happens.

Please do something similar to the barriers near Chardonnay Deli in Constantia. Works so well .
