There should be a traffic officials at these robots 24hours a day. Overall the policing of roads and traffic offenses should be stepped up.

The sheer lack of regard for the law shown at this crossroad is ridiculous. This traffic light controlled intersection needs to be converted to a round about.

Remove the robots and make a circle. It should've been a circle in the first place. Not only do taxi drivers make this intersection a death trap, but the traffic this robot causes is VERY unnecessary. All the congestion just so parents can come in and out of a school... i mean come on! Put a circle there so it can be a free-flow area... like the whole of hout bay.

The taxi drivers in Hout Bay do not obey the tragic lights and drive through red tragic lights. They also have no regard fir other road users and will overtake where their is supposed to be a right turn only. Someone us going to get injured and then what!!!

The taxis are out of control. There is nonrecourse when they disobey road rules . There have been too many accidents recently connected to this lawlessness it is unsafe for golden ro cross the road at a robot as the cars pay no attentions to the red light.

That intersection is a death trap. The taxi's ignore the rules of the road. Overtake on the other side of white line. Go through on red lights. One day there will be a dreadful accident.

This situation is ABSOLUTELY a disaster waiting to happen! I don't know what the solution is but maybe installing a camera that triggers only if a (normally taxi) car goes through a red light would help. I'm not saying it's only taxis but with the pressure on them to get customers it is predominantly them as the main culprits.
It's only a matter of time before someone is injured or worse, killed there.
