Reports in the press today (19/7/2011) suggest that Channel 4 are in talks with Frankie Boyle about a new show. Channel 4 should not be allowed to sign Frankie Boyle up for another programme - at the very least, not until they have aired an apology for the vile "jokes" Frankie Boyle made about Harvey Price in his recent C4 series, 'Tramadol Nights'.

Ofcom found these "jokes" in breach of TV regulations, yet neither Channel 4 nor Frankie Boyle were obliged to apologise. Why, if they were found to have done something wrong?

This petition is for 1) an apology and 2) to block Channel 4's plans to give Frankie Boyle another programme.
