Due to increasing traffic/safety issues --- along with jeopardizing quality of life in this area of Loveland (Boyd Lake Place Addition Project) --- I am AGAINST rezoning Farmland to High-density Residential. I also feel that additinal high-density housing in this area could potentially lower existing property values in the long term.

Oppose south of Boyd lake development that is being proposed

We are fully against this type building in this location. There is no benefit to the immediate community and we only see problems. Our school is already hitting maximum class sizes and the traffic increases along with safety concerns are all enough of a reason to vote no on this. Please do not let this pass.
