A sweatshop is a place where children and adults are forced to work for next to nothing, in terrible conditions just to try and support their families. Sweatshops are most common in developing countries where kids have no other method of income. This petition is a boycott against some specific companies that use sweatshops. Believe it or not where you live, most of your stores use sweatshops. Some examples are Gap, Disney, Apple and Hershey's. If you sign this petition you are volunteering to not shop at these few shops to start. When This petition has enough people I will send it and a letter to the people of that company telling them what they are doing and why they need to stop. If this petition gets big enough I will send it and a letter to more and more companies hoping that they will stop. This petition will not put and end to all sweatshops but it will hopefully stop many of them. I hope that I get your support with this petition and I hope to put an end to sweatshops.
