The Philadelphia Eagles have contracted Michael Vick. Please sign this petition to indicate your intention to boycott the Philadelphia Eagles and their sponsors. Vick's brutal, long-running behavior included torturing, electrocuting, drowning, and hanging dogs in his dog fighting rings. He cruelly beat to death dogs that were too fearful to fight. This sociopath behavior was not reflective of a one-time mistake or simple error in judgment, nor is there any evidence of his being reformed. He stopped because he was caught. He expresses an image of remorse because it is the prerequisite to his being accepted back into the NFL. To reinstate Vick in the NFL is to endorse his cruel acts. No lesson is learned, no justice served. We do not accept his reinstatement and demand higher standards for our pastime. Likewise, we will not support the Eagles, nor those entities that support the Eagles. This boycott will continue until Michael Vick is released from the team, and/or towards the individual sponsors until they discontinue their sponsorship.
