101.1 KUFO (as well as the rest of the Portland cluster of CBS radio channels) has been bought by Alpha Broadcasting, LLC from CBS Radio. As of Oct 23rd, 2009, radio hosts such as Cort and Fatboy have been permanently canceled. Rick Emerson was also announced in this decision. They have filled their spots with idiotic shock jocks from the Seattle and San Diego areas, including Kidd Chris, Ditch, Ricker, and they've brought back the infamously horrible Marconi. Yes folks, Cort and Fatboy are off the air, and MARCONI IS BACK. Remember this guy Mocked the death of an American reporter by playing the audio of his assassination ON AIR on 94.7, and LAUGHING ABOUT IT. I wish to send this petition to Alpha in one month's time (11-26-09), and would love to see at least a thousand signatures. Please tell all your local friends about this petition.
