It is in no way affiliated with World of Tanks. However, this 3rd party stats site serves mostly the interest of the elite few. It's stat system is skewed, and adjusted toward the very upper limits of a stats curve which pushes the average player down. While, the upper strata of players use the metric to lower the representation of the average player.
