Not permitting firearms on your campus is in direct violation of the Constitutions of both the State of Nevada and the United States of America. Not only is it an underhanded, illegal tactic but it also creates an environment where citizens are prey for those who will not follow your rules, criminals. Until this is reversed I will not spend anymore of my time or money at Tivoli Village nor any of the businesses who rent there and, I will encourage others to do the same.

well I am not going to shop/eat there !
and I pray for those who do the day some crazy decides to go running through there and NO ONE has a way of stopping them. all they can do is duck - run - n HOPE they don't get shot !!!

Both the NV State Constitution and the US Constitution protect the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
Creating a "gun free zone" only serves to endanger the lives of all whom visit those places as has been proven time and time again.
99.9% of all mass shootings in recent years have occurred in so called "Gun Free Zones"

I have no problem staying away from businesses that infringe upon my second amendment rights. But they are private property and have every right to their own rules.
