Rod they have the right as private property owners to do what they like with their business. We have the right to boycott and get others to boycott.

While I understand and can appreciate not feeling comfortable with open carry, I refuse to support any business that strips away my constitutional right to defend myself and my family. Those of us who hold a concealed weapons permit have undergone a background check and have been proven to be free of felony convictions.

I love the place and I USED to shop and eat there. To bad they lost my regular weekly visit. I will not support any place that wants to deprive me of my right to self defense.

So Tivoli Village is taking complete responsibility for the safety of their patrons? (You realize also that your sign does not prohibit me from carrying concealed, yeah?)

as a former State Correctional facility Officer- it is my RIGHT to be able to protect myself and my family LEGALLY through the hoops of the State Of Nevada; LVMPD regulations, background checks, and safety training. I will NOT shop there, and suggest anyone else who wants to practice such rediculous 'rules' to 'find another state' to operate in.

Good luck with the criminals who don't give a rat's patootey about your gun free zones...because those of us who are law-abiding citizens with concealed carry permits (with BACKGROUND checks and fingerprints on file with the FBI) will NOT be around to help you when the thugs come a knocking
