There is no safe or impact less Fracking. The damage done is irreversible and far reaching. The economic returns are doubtful.

I'm disgusted by the councillors' decision in the face of huge public opposition. Fracking will make climate change worse because of methane emissions, endanger water supplies and wildlife and create damaging air pollution. We have to stop it.

“if it makes money its good, if it doesn’t its bad” and that’s all big corporations understand! they all need feeding with profit and growth. The word ‘sustainability’ never enters there stratosphere.(how they sleep at night I do not know). Its all about exploiting mother-nature for short term gain but our ecosystems are starting to collapse already!

Because we CARE about our planet our environment and our RIGHT to CARE for it we say NO TO FRACKING.
Businesses involved in FRACKING are driven by profits regardless of the damage they are doing to our planet.
They are hand in hand in with governments. We need to vote GREEN.

The potential damage the processes can do to our environment coupled with the longer term damage being done by burning fossil fuels means that this should be opposed.
