Phones should not be banned because if incase I want to visit raffles in the future, I need to play mobile legends and pubg mobile with my raffles friends. Sometimes we order gojek but since we order too much we cannot use 1 phone. Thank you.

Yes it is. Cell phones can help independent study, by searching information/s from the internet for homework or class work. Cell phones shouldn’t be banned because if students forget or doesn’t have a laptop or any other devices except for a cell phone, cell phone can be used.
