Unfair... on more levels than one.... Especially for gamers on low levels; we have ZERO possibility to win anything... You can't collect anything , as you have so little life................ So these events are only for high level players... !

Yeah its so difficult to finish events unless u spend money, which is not cool. And cheeting on time and inventory aint right.. I love playing the game bit such things make me sad

Games are supposed to be fun. Panic Room events are repetitive and tedious hard work: a complete opposite of fun. The only incentive to struggle through them is a nice reward in the end. And rigging the game to cheat the players out of their hard-earned rewards is unfair.

It's unfair for all the worlwide players of this game that its developers, owners and other people related to the maintainance of it 'play' with our feelings, effort and money that we used to spen - now I think we simply waste them - on this game.
Events that ends earlier than announced, events that are very difficult to complete unless you spend real money on the game, puzzle pieces that never ever drop, items that disappear from your inventory, and so on...
Too many bad experiences and disappointments that are making this game quite unworthy.

I've spent hundreds on the game. I used to play for hours a day, participated in all the events sometimes finishing them twice, I'm a high-level season 3 player, and a valued member of one of the bigger facebook PR groups. We've sent lists of suggestions, appealed repeatedly about the gifting slots that were taken from us, asked that more focus be put on continuing season 3, suggested that the non-main-plot rooms like photo lab/bathroom/garage take a backseat whilst season 3 is worked on for those of us who are stuck with nowhere to go, tried to discuss with you how every single event is released with at least one bug initially, etc. etc etc but we get nowhere. There is no open dialogue between the devs and the "power" players who altogether are spending thousands of dollars on this game. We are consumers of a product and we're unhappy with the product; that makes you responsible for fixing the issues to make sure we're getting what we paid for!

Ever since you started your new game, you have abandoned this one. You have made the game so that it is no longer fun to play. Many of my good friends have already quit this game. Most of us stay because we like each other, not the game. You have taken things from us. You constantly make errors. You have changed things so much it is not fair to the newer players, because they can barely advance in levels. You give less freedom points. You no longer discount the VIP. You take the the tools for quests that we used to be able to keep, like the clothes pegs, whisks and icing syringes.My prizes never drop, I always have to file a ticket to get them, sometimes as many as 14 tickets to get one prize. I have begged you to fix the problem and you just ignore me. We all understand that you want and NEED to make money. Instead of doing all of these things that make us angry, why not ask us what we would spend money on. I also have offered you suggestions on that, and of course those were ignored as well.

I was a high level, 136+ and the game ended up being greedy. Plus I don't feel a person should have to do a room 15+ times to get the needed piece for a quest.

Spent money and still a waste. Can't get any puzzle pieces because nothing drops. Only old pieces I have 20-30 in some pieces none in others. rates and ravens seem to only drop feathers. Just not worth it anymore.

Quest pieces don't drop any more. No puzzle pieces. Impossible to finish any tasks. Inventory pieces taken away when quest repeats. Bah! Humbug!

Sick and tired of the impossible expectations in order to finish an event, and puzzles. If when real money is spent on the game the benefits just arent worth it. The daily Quests require so many combining items that it takes the fun away from the game and makes it feel like a job. Most of us play to get away of the daily grind of real life for a bit, but this game has become so stressful that it's almost not worth playing anymore.

so many glitches c c c you increase the drop rate for the lock picks, for the puzzle pieces, no amulets for the star tab puzzles are dropping (i went few times under the crit rate in those rooms and still nothing), then the traps and nets for the animals are rare now and if we get any the items we need for the events are not dropping too, the time runs out in the rooms while we are playing and on the timer we had few sec to go, and sometimes in hard modes like against time, mirror mode when we finish a room we dont get anything.... please change it!!!!

Please fix the game, I can never complete any events due to very little or nothing dropping. Rats, birds, I mostly just get feathers, and that's it. Same puzzle pieces over and over.

You have too many errors in the game you changed so many things it is no longer fun. You never discount the VIP anymore and you end the event early! Most of my good friends have already quit playing. Ever since you started your new game you do not care about this one! I am boycotting with my friend I have left!
