There are numerous complaints made by a majority of customers against LBC ShippingCart. They have the worst service, doesn't give reliable and timely updates to their customers even after numerous follow-ups. Some of their customers didn't even received their items and were stuck in their warehouse for months. As what they say in their website (www.shippingcart.com/about-us), Shipping Cart is the fastest growing cross-border delivery service from the U.S. to the Philippines. Their easy-to-use system, popular repacking and consolidation services, express shipping, and affordability are trusted by many Filipinos. They strive to deliver better experiences as we aim to transform lives by changing the way people shop online.

However, this is not the case. Most of us customers experienced the other way around. People spent their hard-earned money to buy things they like and pay for the service to get their items not to get stuck in somebody else's warehouse for months! This really caused a lot of damages to the customers who availed and paid for their service. Yes they did refunded some of the customers for the shipping cost they paid but what about the cost of the items they purchased? This is totally unacceptable to all of those who hoped they can shop at ease and have their items delivered safely to their doorsteps without going through a lot of issues.

We do hope that all of those who were affected are compensated for all the damages that this shitty company brought to them.
