Have had two accounts jailed without any cheating at all as well as spending actual money. Done with this game and any other GLU game. They jail you if you're good at Derby, say they are bringing 5k derby back on next update and then fail to do that.

Not good enough to be jailed. Let's see if they do it to retaliate against us signers. I haven't had big issues in 17, but they refused to do ANYTHING about cheaters in 16. Bunch of liars

I have been a long time tap sports baseball player. I was already upset over how much of a rip-off tap 17 is. Now Glu has crossed the line, my account was jailed without any explanation (they don't explain why anyone was jailed). I haven't hacked the game, glitched, etc. I am extremely irate that Glu thinks that their actions are acceptable.

The prices are ridiculous high for the very little amount of gold you get. You can barely do anything with the little amount you get so you'd have to spend a ridiculous amount of money in order to actually be able to do anything with it. On top of that they want to jail a team which you've worked hard for just because you get tired of going broke so you can buy gold and have a good team so you decide to just pay a hacker to get more gold. It's just dumb and annoying.

Glu has the worst Customer Support I've ever seen, with a foreign center handling in-game issues, and often just copy/pasting from the FAQs. They don't attempt to resolve issues; rather they actually call people cheaters and close the ticket with no explanation given.
