I was banned or "jailed" from my team after spending money on this game only to be told, sorry you can't know what you did wrong and we will not work with you to help resolve the issue.

Suggestions on what we would like:
1. Draft picks start at your tier, not at bronze level 1.
2. Lower the cost of gold and resources & club boosts.
3. Lower the cost of draft boxes.
4. Better odds on all boxes.
5. Provide better customer service.
6. Add gold back to achievements (Done). Add gold back to the weekend event rewards.
7. Top 10 for accolades needs to go back to as before. 1.4x, 3x winstreak.
8. Better matchups.

Glu has made my 2017 team unavailable. I have a lot of time and money invested in that and want access to it or my money back

Ridiculous prices. Everything cost a lot of gold just to have a very small chance of getting anything good. Have to pay to get good amounts of gold since you can't play for it.

I have also cancelled my disney club for movies. Disney is a key advertising partner of GLU and are developing a game with them. Disney dont do it.

There prices are overpriced,and I quit playing due too being banned with no reason or excuse from them so I received my full refund and will never drop another dime again
