Because of Glu Mobile, Inc.’s deplorable business practices, as a community we have decided we can no longer stand by and continue to support a company that is involved in removing the privileges of some of its most faithful customers. Please do not use any of your hard earned money to help support this game, company, or any of its advertisers
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our Glu Mobile, Inc. to stop the practice of prohibiting paying customers from playing without sufficient cause or reason. Glu also continues to raise prices on products while offering little value in return. We refuse to support Glu Mobile, Inc and its partner Tapjoy, the first because of the practice of taking money from customers, offering little, poor or no customer service, terrible rewards, and then potentially stopping customers from using their product, and the second because of its practice of offering rewards and then failing to deliver.

I am currently documenting every instance of unjust account bans and missing rewards to build a formal complaint package. Copy the link to this petition and send it directly to your representatives in the gaming industry today. We need to keep pressure on them by refusing to spend another cent on their platforms.

The prices are unrealistic to build a good team and advance in the game. I was a vip in 17 and the money spent on the game was unreal. You’re team should carry over with the pricing of the game. Expecting people to pay thousands each year on a game is insane
Have had two accounts jailed without any cheating at all as well as spending actual money. Done with this game and any other GLU game. They jail you if you're good at Derby, say they are bringing 5k derby back on next update and then fail to do that.
Glu has the worst Customer Support I've ever seen, with a foreign center handling in-game issues, and often just copy/pasting from the FAQs. They don't attempt to resolve issues; rather they actually call people cheaters and close the ticket with no explanation given.
I'm actually a GLUU shareholder and decided to play the game to see what kind of product the complany produced. Seeing how GLUU treats its customers and how everything is done below boardis a real eye opener
Glu created a game that made cheating very easy for some groups of people. Then the rest of us, asked and asked GLU for a response and they gave us nothing. Now a lot of us spent hard earned money on the game and have had that taken away from us. All of this due to their negligence.
This game is a cash cow customer service sucks

They also display false advertising. They show to sell players at level 10 and say it’s a savings of normally $175 to $39.99. I have tried to get them to honor there sale. But with no positive results.
