We have received nonsense harassment letters from Getty Images. Even though we tried our best approach to clarify over phone and emails that we are not using their images on our website, they still keep engaging collect agents to harass us.

they are trying get $1350 (including attorney fees) from me and the threat of further legal action. I don't have that kind of money and am so worried about my small business.

They extorted 775 from me by inadvertantly using a picture taken from google. They could have just asked me to take it down and I'd still be a customer but instead they sent me six letters this summer. I'll never use them again and will never recommend them to friends or family.
