As active gamers and followers of the Call Of Duty franchise, we are sadened by the increase of poor after sales service available to previous title such as MW2, MW3 ect. These games are now riddled with hackers who spoil an enjoyable and much loved franchise. These may be older titles, however these are title we have paid for in full, and most of us have also purchased the DLC content at a further price.
These hackers make these titles completely unplayable now for all the legitimate gamers. And it seams that the penalty for those caught in the act is little more than a slap on the wrist.
We will now no longer be purchasing any further releases of this franchise and all DLC due to the lack of on going customer care within the older titles.
We only ask that these issues be resolved to a satisfactory degree:
1. Patches to be released for all older titles to safe guard against these intrusions, with further patching until the game servers are offline.
2. Heavier penalties given to those who breach the code of conduct in the form of a permanent ban to the actual game.
Please remember we are the ones who purchase these titles and fill the company pockets.
