According to World Health Organization, parents should avoid screen time for kids under 5. Why are we forced to conduct this e learning for our kids when we paid for face to face session? We don’t need a refund for the current lessons, but at least pro rate and push back the next payment.

We sign up for lessons so that there are professional teachers to guide and teach our children. Since this is criteria is not fulfilled, why should we be paying fees to the school to just show videos to our kids? The management should look into this and review their policy. It's not just 1-2 lessons affected.

We are given no choice to choose or select. Paid thousands of dollars for the school fee. But in exchange of 20mins per lesson replacement is unacceptable

Please consider making arrangements that are fairer to your customers as well. We paid for the interaction, not for the materials only. This is not just one lesson. It is four to five lessons! We burned $200 for nothing? As much as Berries has to make money, parents' money are also hard-earned money... we don't pay for nothing.

Pls compensate the parents and dun expect us to pay in full for online classes. We paid for the interaction and it is ridiculous to expect kids to sit still
