I do not appreciate home based learning for tuition. I paid the fee is for physical class which my kid can sit down and teacher’s guidance. Berries should provide us option to opt out or provide us credit for upcoming lesson. They are give us no option at all!!

We paid to get teachers to teach our kids physically. If this is a virtual pre-recoding video, there are many other cheaper sources!

This is very unfair. Other enrichment centers are either extending their term or giving a refund but berries is only giving a 20min home learning. Ridiculous
